Requirements:

• Minimum Balance to open - $100.00   
• Certificate of Assumed Name/ Certificate of Incorporation – Business Savings

• Interest will be compounded daily.  Interest will be credited to your account quarterly.

Cost:

• A maintenance fee of $5.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $100.00 on any day of the cycle.
• Transaction Limitations:  During any calendar month, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card or similar order to a third party. 
• An activity fee of $5.00 will be charged for each debit in excess of 6 during a quarter.   
• If you have other accounts with us, you can authorize a transfer of the funds needed to cover your overdrafts in $50 increments (i.e. $50, $100, etc). There is a $10 fee for these transfers.
